Registration Division
Definition of Division: It is the body responsible for organizing and managing all academic and administrative affairs of students in accordance with the regulations adopted in Iraq, starting from the central admission, passing through the student’s academic biography during his study period, ending with graduation and the issuance of official graduation documents.
Tasks of the Division:
Implementation of the Central Admission System: by receiving the lists of students admitted by the Ministry, registering new students and checking their documents.
File Management (Study Files): By opening and managing a special file for each student, saving official documents, and updating students’ data continuously.
Issuance of Books and Official Documents: By issuing a confirmation of the continuation of the study, the validity of the issuance of documents, and the preparation of a graduation document.
Follow-up of the academic status: by working on calculating the success and failure and addressing the students’ cases in terms of (postponement, enrollment promotion, re-admission, transfer and hosting).
Graduation Procedures: This is done by checking the student’s fulfillment of all requirements, preparing the lists of graduates, and issuing administrative orders for graduation.
