Tasks and duties of the Studies and Planning Division.
Preparing studies for the development of departments and branches for morning study and evening study
Conducting studies and researches on various topics related to the college
Studying the proposals submitted by the departments, branches, units and administrative units in everything related to student affairs such as attendance, study materials, evening study fees, etc., and discussing them with the Dean, the Assistant Dean for Science and Student Affairs.
Establishing a database of the total number of staff in the college including teachers, employees and scientific titles
Making a Statistical Survey of Graduates in Each Academic Year
Providing the University Presidency with statistical positions, the most important of which are
(University Statistics – Student Statistics – Scientific Plan – Reports on the Reality of Employment Movement for Employees and Teachers and Teachers Database, Retirees and New Recruits – Annual Report – and Other Miscellaneous Positions)
Preparing an admission plan for the next year for each department
Preparing and updating a database of students
Follow up on everything related to the first students in each department
Follow-up of the curriculum and its changes and updates
Follow up the daily mail and respond to it periodically and quickly
Miscellaneous duties and tasks according to the requirements of the work
