The department is a university scientific organization that harmonizes education and training to raise the efficiency of its members scientifically and skillfully, and takes into account the nature of reality and future aspirations by ensuring high quality and academic accreditation to contribute to improving teaching and learning in the various stages of education.
The department undertakes to work with a scientific methodology, and institutional work within clear plans to achieve lofty goals in the academic and training fields in accordance with the requirements of quality assurance and academic accreditation, so that its outputs in the subject of statistics will be more competitive and ambitious by providing science, knowledge and skills.
1- Achieving the College’s mission in providing facilities for continuous improvement of the quality of educational performance in the different stages of education to provide distinguished education within a comprehensive framework for quality assurance that combines internal and external education.
2- Preparing distinguished and qualified scientific human resources to carry out statistical and administrative functions.
3. Providing statistical consultations and programs for the public, private and mixed sectors.
4- Preparing scientific research within the disciplines of statistics.
5- Building a partnership between the Iraqi, Arab and international society through the college in participating in seminars and conferences related to the educational process through scientific and cultural cooperation with Arab and foreign colleges and organizations.
