Human Resources Division

 
Definition of Division: It is the entity responsible for organizing and managing all the affairs of all teaching staff and employees, and responsible for assignments, promotions and bonuses, in addition to printing and issuing official books, electronic archiving, and information system for everything related to the college, as well as the task of issuing and registering books, as well as supplying all correspondence, and following up on personnel and teaching affairs, etc.
 
Tasks of the Division:
  • Teaching Affairs: Managing everything related to the affairs of the teachers.
  • Personnel Affairs: Managing everything related to personnel affairs.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Issuing orders for bonuses, promotions, and everything related to assignment orders.
  • Files: Saving and archiving the files of teachers and employees.
  • Administrative Data and Information: Fixing the restrictions on the oracle system in the university presidency (internal network), which includes job grades, job title, scientific title, vacations, dispatches, positions, letters of thanks and penalties, along with the CV of transportation.
  • Printing and Issuing IDs: Everything related to the printing and issuance of IDs.
  • Issued and received: Issuing the official books in the college and marking the correspondence received by the college
  • External mail: everything related to external mail from official books
  • Insured Document System (QR Validity)
10. Archiving all books related to the Human Resources Division.
  • – HR Management System: Lifting the restrictions on the HR system, which includes job grades, job title, scientific title, vacations, dispatches, positions, letters of thanks and penalties, with CVs for transfers, certificates, bonuses and promotions, and appointment data.
  • – Email: Receiving books received from the University Presidency
