The Qualification, Employment and Follow-up Unit at the College of Business and Economics seeks to achieve institutional leadership in the field of preparing and qualifying students and graduates, in line with quality standards and academic accreditation, and contributes to the graduation of scientific and professional competencies capable of competing in the local and regional labor market, and effective participation in community service and achieving sustainable development.
The Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit is committed to developing the capabilities of the college’s students and graduates by providing specialized training and development programs, enhancing their professional and personal skills, and building strategic partnerships with state institutions and the public and private sectors, in order to ensure that education outcomes are aligned with the requirements of the labor market, and contribute to achieving sustainable professional empowerment of graduates.
Preparing and qualifying students for the labor market through qualitative training programs that focus on the development of professional and applied skills.
Developing leadership, communication and technical skills among students and graduates.
Strengthen partnership and cooperation with educational and community institutions and the labor market to provide training and employment opportunities.
Create an up-to-date database of graduates and follow up on their career paths.
Organizing seminars, workshops, and development courses in support of job qualification.
Spreading the culture of entrepreneurship, innovation, and volunteer work among students.
Contribute to the achievement of quality standards and institutional accreditation by supporting employability.
Providing career counseling and career counseling services for students and graduates.
The Qualification, Employment and Follow-up Unit represents a key pillar in achieving the mission of our college, as it seeks to build bridges of communication between the outcomes of education and the labor market, and to prepare our students professionally to keep pace with the requirements and challenges of the age.
The role of this unit is not limited to career counseling, but also extends to developing students’ skills, refining their abilities, enhancing their professional readiness through training courses, workshops, and development programs, as well as following up on graduates and documenting their success stories, reflecting the quality of academic outputs.
The unit also contributes to building effective partnerships with state institutions and the private sector, which opens wider horizons for training and employment, and enhances the community’s confidence in the competencies of the college’s graduates.
While we appreciate the efforts of those in charge of this unit, we affirm that the real investment lies in the qualified human being who is capable of giving and creating, and that the professional empowerment of our students is a shared responsibility in which efforts are integrated to achieve a brighter future.
