In recognition of his outstanding scholarly and administrative efforts, and in appreciation of
his dedicated service to the academic mission, the Deanship of the College of Administration
and Economics at the University of Diyala has presented a letter of thanks and appreciation to
Assistant Professor Dr. Diaa Hussein Saud. This gesture marks the conclusion of his tenure as
Head of the Department of Economics, acknowledging his sincere commitment and effective contr
ibutions toward managing the department’s affairs, elevating its academic and administrative st
andards, and enhancing its overall academic environment.
