The College of Administration and Economics participates in sustainable development activities at Diyala University
Diyala University witnessed the launch of the Sustainable Development Week activities with broa
d participation from its colleges and students, where the College of Administration and Economi
cs stood out with an active role through its contribution to a number of activities supporting
the concepts of sustainability.
University President Professor Dr. Tahseen Hussein Mubarak affirmed that the university adopts
a practical approach to promoting sustainability by raising student awareness and encouraging
environmental initiatives. The first day featured the opening of an art and handicrafts exhibi
tion, along with an interactive presentation on the principles of the Sustainable Development G
oals, in collaboration with children from the Maroko Private Kindergarten and with the particip
ation of Captain Mustafa Ghaleb, a player on the national team.
On the second day, the college presented an environmental project using artificial intelligence to monitor the environment, presented by instructor Israa Ya'rub Yousef, in addition to showcasing various student projects.
These events support the seventeen Sustainable Development Goals.
